TPU alumnus becomes director of one of the largest power plants in Kemerovo Oblast

An alumnus of Tomsk Polytechnic University Petr Daneyko was appointed the director of the Belovskaya State District Power Plant of Siberian Generating Company (SGC), one of the largest power plants in Kemerovo Oblast. Previously, he served as a chief engineer of Novo-Kemerovskaya Thermal Power Plant SGC. He graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University with a degree in Thermal Power Plants.

In 2000, Petr Daneyko started his career in the energy industry as a junior operator of boiler facility at Novo-Kemerovskaya TPP. Then he worked as an operator of the boiler facility, a shift manager at the power plant, a deputy of the production and engineering department, a head of the boiler workshop, a deputy chief engineer for operation. Over 14 years, he was promoted to the position of a chief engineer that he has been holding for the last four years.

According to the press service of the Kuzbass branch of the Siberian Generating Company LLC, Petr Daneyko took the office of Belovskaya State District Power Plant (SDPP) due to his impressive professional experience, impeccable business reputation and high commitment.

At present, Belovskaya SDPP generates the third of all produced electricity in Kemerovo Oblast. The power plant provides the main electricity consumption of industrial companies of the region.
