Members of TPU Student Construction Brigades to Renovate over 500 Rooms for Freshmen

The Polytechnic student construction brigade has started another renovation season. During the summer, guys are going to renovate over 500 rooms for freshmen and some campus facilities. In total, 86 students from 17 countries became members of the TPU student construction brigade.

They are going to work until late August. Under the supervision of the staff of the TPU Directorate for Campus and Facility Management, the students are going to redecorate rooms, public spaces of all TPU residence halls and equip all territories around the residence halls with modern facilities.

“Besides residence halls, student construction brigade members are working in the Polytechnic Sports Complex, the TPU Science and Technical Library and academic buildings, the TPU kindergarten and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention,”

The Polytechnic student construction brigade is one of the largest TPU student construction brigades. Approximately half of the construction brigade consists of international students. They come from Egypt, Ghana, Columbia, Mongolia, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan and other countries.
