TPU chemists explained the nature of the anomaly of "luminous" molecules-oligomers
Scientists from Tomsk Polytechnic University, as part of a scientific group, have conducted comprehensive research of the photophysical processes of zinc porphyrin oligomers that are also called "luminous" molecules. The results of computational experiments have shown that the level of fluorescence of molecules can be changed depending on the size and structure. This can form the basis for flexible OLED displays and organic solar cells.
