Tomsk Polytechnic University has enrolled students in master programs. 1,324 people became TPU graduate students on 33 master programs. Enrollment lists were posted at http://abiturient.tpu.ru/.
The University admitted the graduate students on a state-funded and self-funded basis, as well as on the quotas of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science for international graduate students.
Citizens from almost all CIS countries and other 13 foreign countries including China, Thailand, Vietnam, Ecuador, Czech Republic, Mali, Senegal, Sudan, Malaysia, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Hungary, and Algeria came to pursue TPU master programs.
Graduates of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, MEPhI, Ural Federal University, Siberian Federal University, Orenburg State University, Northern (Arctic) Federal, all Tomsk universities and other educational institutions applied to TPU. Thus, the admission campaign covered all the regions of Russia.
‘This year, the most popular directions of master programs are Land Management and Inventory, Oil and Gas Studies, Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Instrument Making, Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Automation of Technological Processes and Production, Chemical Technology,’ the Admission Office noticed.
